After working in the field of addiction counseling for years and attaining my Associate of Applied Science, Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Science in Addiction Counseling. I recognized the need to create Addictionologist instead of counselors.

For over 30 years, I have worked with trauma recovery. My clients have included foster and delinquent youth, persons facing criminal charges, abuse victims of various types (abandonment, physical, emotional, sexual, and sexual), and persons facing life changing and life altering circumstances (divorce, marriage, job changes, and other changes in their circumstances).

The Executive Director for Catonsville Emergency Assistance is responsible for operations of this 501c3 non-profit organization. Position requires supervision and training of staff and volunteers as well as caring for clients.

Board Secretary
I provide a broad range of support activities for the Chief Operations Officer and the department of operations for this community health center specializing in a range of clinical services from primary medical care, behavioral health services, dental and pharmacy for Chase Brexton, Inc.

Carolyn Welch-Lockwood

Former Board Governance for Total Health Care, Inc. She has held several positions on the Total Health Care, Inc. board. She brings a wealth of experience to the CMS Institute of Addictionology, Inc. board that will ensure a smooth transition for its members.
